Kapolei, Hawaiʻi – The Hawaiʻi Civil Air Patrol West-Oʻahu Composite Squadron Commander Lt. Col. Danny Carter, will accept a $10,000 donation presented by Jon Mauer, President, and CEO of Island Energy Services, LLC (IES), a Hawai‘i-based energy company headquartered in Kapolei, Oʻahu.
Island Energy is a locally managed energy supplier serving the state of Hawaiʻi by safely supplying and transporting fuels to aviation, utility, and marine customers. Island Energy is also the exclusive licensee of the Texaco brand in Hawaiʻi and offers retail customers its fuels through 58 Texaco®-branded gas stations statewide.
Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawai’i – Saturday, September 10, 2022, the Military Order of Foreign Wars (MOFW) Hawai‘i Commandery was honored to recognize nine Hawai‘i Wing Civil Air Patrol Cadets.
MOFW is one of the oldest veteran’s associations in the nation with members that include officers and their hereditary descendants from all the Armed Services. Membership is composed of active duty, reserve, and retired officers of the United States Armed Services, including the Coast Guard, National Guard, and allied officers, and their descendants, who have served during one of the wars in which the United States has or is engaged with a foreign power.

Kaneohe, Hawai’i – The Hawai’i Civil Air Patrol Wing spent the weekend of August 12 – 14, 2022, increasing our community presence during the Kaneohe Bay Air Show at Marine Corps Base Hawai‘i. The airshow marked the return of the U.S. Navy Blue Angels after a seven-year hiatus of shows in Hawai‘i.
The Air Show attracted over 103,000 guests over three days and increased exposure to the Civil Air Patrol and its mission through the Hawai‘i Wing Civil Air Patrol’s recruitment efforts.
