E Komo Mai & Welcome to the Hawai'i Cadet Training Group Summer Encampment.  From June 13 to 20, 1947, Hawaiʻi Wing Civil Air Patrol, under the direction of Major General Wooten, established the first annual summer encampment for cadets on Hickam Air Force Base and has continued a tradition of providing a unique opportunity for our cadet members to progress in their pathway.
