Wellness during a crisis is essential. It keeps us afloat when we are needed most as both senior members and cadets. This month's CD class information is as follows:
May’s Character Development Class is entitled, “Wellness during a Crisis.”
The focus is using the five pillars of Wellness and Resiliency as the platform.
