Instructions:
To place events on the Wing calendar website, squadrons and or requestors must complete all of the following forms that must be submitted with their request. Be detailed and include any graphics or information that is important to the successful registration of your event.
1. Fill out your request for event submission which should include the following:
a. Category of the event (Cadet Programs, Aerospace Education, Emergency Services)
b. Name of the event
c. Location of the event
d. Date of the event
e. Start time of the event
f. End time of the event
g. Registration (if you are looking to have members register for your event)
h. How many seats if you require registration are available to members
i. Event coordinators name, phone, email
2. Indicate the Who, What, When, Where, Why, and How
a. Be as detailed as possible along with links, fliers, pdfs, forms, etc.
3. Must complete and submit CAPF-160 Deliberate Risk Assessment form. (This is not the Cadet Health Form)
a. This form must also be emailed and submitted to the Wing Safety Director Lt. Col Bob Becka
4. Submissions must be placed in advance of the event at a minimum of 3 weeks prior to your event.
A follow-up email to the wing website administrators may be requested 48 hrs after you have submitted your request if there has been no confirmation of your submission by the administrators.
Please note that all events can be part of your SUI and key items to remember in having in partnership with Public Affairs and Cadet programs SUI requirements are: (Attendance sheet, photos, CAPF 160 Cadet Health History Form, CAPF 60-80 Permission Slip, CAPF 161 Cadet Emergency Contact)
