Call for Photos
Members, family, and friends of Hawaii Wing Civil Air Patrol: Please help us build an archive of photos for Hawaii Wing! These photos will support not only our current public affairs efforts but will also help tell our Wing’s story in the future.
We are looking for photos in two general categories:
Category A: “Historical Photos” (anything before the current year) — Please provide as much information as you can about the photo (i.e., who, what, where, when, why), as well as the photographer’s contact information, if known.
Category B: “Current Photos” — Photos in this category (from the past 12 months) will be considered for submission to the National Headquarters archive being built by NHQ Public Affairs and the NHQ Multimedia Support Coordinator.
Submission requirements for Category B photos:
Photos must be high-resolution (minimum 1 MB).
Include a descriptive caption for the image — who, what, where, when, why?
Provide photographer’s contact information, including age if under 18 years old
Please submit photos via email with “Wing Photo Archive” in the subject line to Hawaii Wing Director of Public Affairs, Capt Jen Herrington, at email@example.com
