To use this site you must already be a registered member user of eServices at National, if not, then you must register as a new user and follow the requirement for becoming a new user.  Upon being  registered you will be given a temporary password.  Once you have signed in with the temporary password, you will then be requested to create a permanent password, which has a further requirement of you changing this password once every six month.  Once the requirements are met you will be allowed into your  personal member page at National and will be able to fill out all of your personal information for pilot requirements (MIMS-FMS-Pilot Info) CAPR 101-101T, etc., all of which are listed to your left side of the screen.  If you are allowed to make restricted information entries, (i.e. COF (After Flight Reporting), ES, etc.), all will be listed to your right side of the screen.  Each area of the restricted applications  have an instruction/demo of how to fill out the various applications.
